Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including gift boxes and protective materials
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@anthonyharrison.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank
